The hotel has a great location, close to the beach with friendly staff. Rooms were basic but clean, and having tea and coffee facilities would have been a nice addition. The dining options were limited but the food quality was decent. The pool area and activities for kids were highlights of the stay.

5.0/10
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were disappointing with only one room key provided for two guests, a lack of basic amenities like a hairdryer and TV remotes, and limited English channels. The hotel itself seemed outdated, the food quality was poor, and the staff were often rude. On the bright side, the pricing was affordable, but you truly get what you pay for here, which unfortunately was below expectations due to the aging facilities and disruptive behavior from other guests.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were worse than expected, with only one key provided for two guests and missing basic amenities like a hairdryer and TV remotes. Limited English channels were also a drawback.
Service
5.0
The service was generally rude and unhelpful, with staff speaking negatively in front of guests. However, a few individuals, like a friendly blonde receptionist and a dark-haired bartender, stood out in an otherwise unwelcoming atmosphere.
Location
5.0
The location was one of the few positive aspects, being bright, clean, and close to shops. However, the hotel's proximity to rowdy groups of guests affected the overall experience.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited food options, especially for vegetarians. Outside bus tour groups were prioritized over all-inclusive residents, leading to shortages and disappointing meal choices.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities felt outdated and lacking, with guests having to pay for basic services like air conditioning and safe use. The hotel seemed to cater more to external tour groups than to its own residents.
